Welcome to carbonkw.com (the “Site”), owned and operated by Carbon Co. (“Carbon”, “we”) in the State of Kuwait. By using the Site or purchasing from it, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the Site: You use the Site for lawful purposes only, and you confirm that you are 18 years or older, or using it with a guardian’s consent.

2. Products & prices: Prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar and inclusive of applicable taxes (if any). We take care that descriptions and images are accurate; colors may nevertheless vary slightly by screen. We reserve the right to adjust prices or discontinue any product at any time before an order is completed.

3. Orders: An order is considered confirmed after the confirmation notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example pricing errors or suspected fraud) with a full refund of any amount paid.

4. Payment: Through the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by secure providers, and we do not store your card details.

5. Delivery: As per the Delivery Policy.

6. Returns & refunds: As per the Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy.

7. Safe product use: Charcoal is a flammable product. Use it according to the instructions, away from children’s reach, with adequate ventilation, and never leave it burning unattended.

8. Intellectual property: All content on the Site — logos, images, texts and designs — is the property of Carbon and may not be used without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability: To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from using the Site or from using the products contrary to the instructions.

10. Changes: We may update these terms from time to time; your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated version.

11. Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
