Delivery Policy

Where do we deliver?
We deliver to all areas of Kuwait. We currently do not ship outside Kuwait.

When will your order arrive?
Within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Delivery fees: 1.500 KD for orders under 10 KD — and delivery is free for every order of 10 KD or more. Fees are shown clearly at checkout.

Order preparation: We prepare your order and coordinate the handover with you via WhatsApp or a call to the number on your order.

Received a missing or damaged item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@carbonkw.com or WhatsApp +965 9897 9149 with your order number, and we will make it right immediately.

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons (Ramadan and Eid) — we will always let you know in advance.
