How do I light the charcoal?
With a lighter or flame — it ignites in seconds. We recommend the Ignis torch lighter for a faster, cleaner light.

How long does it burn?
By size: Petite ~35 minutes, Classic 45–60 minutes, Max ~75 minutes, Mega ~2 hours.

Does it give off smoke or scent?
No — scent-free and smoke-free; you smell only your bukhoor’s true scent.

Is it safe to use indoors?
Yes — with proper ventilation, kept away from children, and never left burning unattended.

Can I use it with all types of incense?
Absolutely — oud, bukhoor, blended incense, and every kind.

What’s the difference between the sizes?
Petite (22 mm) for quick sessions, Classic (33 mm) for everyday use, Max (40 mm) for long sessions, Mega (50 mm) for diwaniyas and gatherings. The bigger the size, the stronger the heat and the longer the burn.

How many pieces are in a box?
Petite 80, Classic 100, Max 60, Mega 60.

How do I store the charcoal?
In a dry place away from humidity, inside its sealed box.

How do I know a piece is ready?
When it is fully lit and its surface is glowing with a light grey ash.
